Case Management

Beacon's goal is to assure our clients' employees receive the highest quality medical care while facilitating an aggressive return to work through employee education and communication with the attending medical provider(s), the client representative and the employee.

Beacon recognizes the primary responsibility of case managment is to focus on the injury, while professionally considering the impacts of ancillary conditions, maintaining effective and consistent communication between the employer, provider, and employee while continually striving for case resolution.

Beacon's ultimate goal is to:

  • Prevent Absences,
  • Promote early and safe return to work, and
  • manage disabilities.

Beacon personnel are trained to speak to medical professionals regarding appropriate employee treatment plans and safe return to work opportunities.  As we assist the employee through the steps of the return to work process, our staff is trained to consider reportability impacts and we work with the treating medical professional and employee to ensure quality treatment is provided with minimal impacts associated with OSHA record keeping.
