Specimen Collections

 

Beacon’s urine specimen collectors are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year at our Anchorage office or at your work location. In addition to in-house collectors Beacon has a network of collectors throughout Alaska and the lower 48 states.  Our specimen collectors undergo extensive training to meet all industry standards for the collection and processing of urine, breath and oral fluid samples.  These standards are established by; the US Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 40, specific laboratory guidelines, and product manufactures quality assurance programs. Each collector’s technique is reviewed/audited during multiple field scenarios before they are allowed to travel independently to the field
